Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Here are some common questions and answers to help you get the most out of our HTML to Image Converter.
1. Can I use Tailwind CSS in my HTML code?
Yes! Our tool fully supports Tailwind CSS. You can add Tailwind classes directly to your HTML elements, and the preview will instantly reflect the styles.
2. What file formats can I export to?
You can export your design as PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP. Each format serves different purposes — for example, PNG for transparent backgrounds and JPG for compressed images.
3. My download failed. What should I do?
If the download fails, check that your HTML/CSS code is valid and does not reference inaccessible or cross-origin resources (e.g., external images or fonts that require authentication).
4. Can I upload an HTML file instead of typing code?
Yes! You can upload your HTML file directly, and the content will be automatically loaded into the editor.
5. Can I customize the image resolution before exporting?
Absolutely. Before exporting, you can set your preferred width and height to ensure your image looks exactly as you want.
6. Does the tool work offline?
Currently, the tool works in your browser but requires an internet connection to load Tailwind CSS and other resources. In the future, we plan to add offline support with local builds.
